We value being transparent about our pricing. We do not take insurance at this time, but can provide you with paperwork at the end of an evaluation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Evaluations
Neuropsychological Evaluation
Targeted Autism Evaluation
$3100
A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation measuring multiple domains of cognitive and emotional functioning. It can provide an in-depth understanding of your child’s strengths and challenges. It is helpful to clarify diagnoses (e.g., ADHD) and provides targeted recommendations. Several add-on services are available (see below).
$2100
A targeted evaluation to identify the presence of an autism spectrum disorder. It does not include a comprehensive measure of cognitive and emotional functioning that is part of a neuropsychological evaluation. If there are cognitive and/or emotional concerns, a full neuropsychological evaluation with add-on autism testing may be more appropriate.
Evaluation Add-on Services
+ Autism Testing
+$350
Adding measures to assess for an autism spectrum disorder (full neuropsychological evaluation only).
+ Academic Testing
+$800
Adding a full battery of assessments for reading, writing, and math to assess academic skills and a specific learning disorder such as dyslexia (full neuropsychological evaluation only).
+ Functional Behavior Assessment
+$700 - $1200
An FBA helps parents understand the root causes of their child's challenging behaviors. It provides them with evidence-based strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and to teach functional replacement behaviors. This service is charged hourly and takes approximately 4-6 hours to complete.
+ School Observation
+$250
Observing the child in the school to help understand school behaviors.
Behavioral Services
Parent Behavioral Consultation (aka Parent Coaching)
$125/session (virtual or in office)
$175/session (in-home)
A method where parents are taught evidence-based techniques to help manage their child’s behavior. This is best suited for parents who are looking to learn new behavioral management skills and are open to feedback on strategies they currently use at home. Consultation is conducted through the lens of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is a scientific approach to understanding behavior that considers environmental factors and consequences of behavior. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
This is currently only available to those who have completed a neuropsychological or autism evaluation.
