Fees & Payment

We value being transparent about our pricing. We do not take insurance at this time, but can provide you with paperwork (called a “superbill”) at the end of an evaluation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Evaluations

Neuropsychological Evaluation - $3300

A comprehensive assessment of cognitive and emotional functioning.

✅ Evaluates key areas of cognitive functioning, including attention, processing speed, executive functioning, language, and visual skills.

✅ Examines emotional well-being, focusing on self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

✅ Provides deep insight into your child's strengths and challenges to understand their specific learning needs.

✅ Helps clarify neurodevelopmental and mental health diagnoses like ADHD and anxiety.

✅ Creates personalized recommendations based on assessment results.

Additional add-on services available such as autism and academic testing (see below).

+ Autism Testing - $200

Adds measures to a neuropsychological evaluation to assess for the presence of an autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

+ Academic Testing - $600

Adds a comprehensive assessment of reading, writing, and math skills to determine academic strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as assess for the presence of a specific learning disorder such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, or dsycalculia.


Targeted Autism Evaluation - $2300

Focuses on evaluating the presence of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

✅ Includes a brief assessment of cognitive skills, though not as comprehensive as a full neuropsychological evaluation (e.g., executive functioning).

✅ Assesses emotional functioning to identify anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.

✅ Conducts an in-depth evaluation of social functioning and ASD-related behaviors.

✅ Offers clear diagnostic findings and personalized recommendations (regardless of ASD diagnosis).

Behavioral Services

Parent Behavioral Consultation (aka Parent Coaching) - $125/session (virtual or office)

Parent consultation teaches evidence-based techniques to help manage children's behavior. This service is ideal for parents seeking new behavioral management skills and welcoming feedback on their current home strategies. The approach uses applied behavior analysis (ABA)—a scientific method that examines how environmental factors and consequences shape behavior. Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Initial Phone Consultation - Free

A 15-minute phone consultation to discuss whether an evaluation is a good fit for your child. Click here to book a consultation call.

Hourly Clinical Rate - $200

Additional services conducted by a psychologist/neuropsychologist that are not part of the evaluation including consultations, participation in school meetings (e.g., IEP meeting), and additional feedback sessions.

Discounts

For evaluations, we offer a $300 discount for children under age 7 at the time of testing, sibling evaluations, or repeat evaluations originally performed through our office.

Payment Methods

A credit card must be kept on file, though payment can be made via cash, check, credit/debit card, FSA/HSA card, or any combination. Payment plans for evaluations are available in select cases.
